Preparing for Your Event
We’re
so glad you are going to be part of a Live Virtual Event! If you were getting
ready for an in-person event, you would need to go through your checklist of
booth supplies, make sure everything is loaded in your vehicle, etc. Because
this is a Virtual Event, there’s a different sort of checklist that you’ll need
to go over. Below is a virtual checklist that you’ll need to review before your
event.
1.

Make sure you are logged in (log in
if you are not)
●
Then click on this link (you should
NOT see a pop-up asking you to enter your name/email):
○
h ttps://my.boothcentral.com/v/events/alameda-spring-virtual-festival/ live
●
Find your vendor tile and review
your images, video (if any), description, and
your website link
○
Best optimal images are 800px
(width) x 480px (height) or anything larger
in 5:3 aspect ratio
○
You are allowed 1 logo image, 5
product images, and 1 video link
○
It’s is best to keep the description
brief under your business name
○
Additional information can be
provided for the expanded tile (HTML is allowed)
Please
FEEL FREE To send any updates you like to
s upport@boothcentral.com, NOT the promoter! Include the name of your event in the email.

sure it is updated:
