Two ways to participate
a. As vendor
1. To be a Low Country Boil Food Vendor, fill out the correct type Food vendor On-line application
2. Pay fee (See prices in On-Line Application)
3. Apply for health department certificate after filling out “Temporary Food Svs Permit App Packet” click here ($60)
4. Follow guidelines to prepare seafood on site
5. Sell at festival
6. Samples to judge’s tent for contest
b. Contestants only
1. Fill out Registration/ Entry form (On right)
2. Pay fee ($30.00)
3. Bring low country boil (prepared and ready to sample) to judge’s tent
4. NO SAMPLES ALLOWED FOR THE CROWD- ONLY FOR JUDGES!!

c. Winner receives $150 & Trophy and their will be 2nd & 3rd place Ribbons!!!
